Brown steering wheel. The tag said 37 Chevrolet but I don't think so. It looks like it may have been cut off at the base. Maybe they cut the splines off because there are no splines. So maybe it is a Chevrolet with the splines cut off. The base of the shaft hole is .78 in. Diameter of the horn hole is 2.45 in. Total diameter is 17 1/4 in. What you see is what you get.
