Unfortunately, Ebay deleted all my previous user information when they got their new computer system because I was inactive for around 15 years and this included a perfect feedback for over $200,000.00 worth of items, therefore, I had to sign up as a "new" user which means that Paypal will hold any funds I receive for 21 days until I sell/buy 35 items or more . If you do not want to wait 21 days to get your parts, you must use Paypals "Friends And Family" payment program or send a Money Order etc.

These rocker arms are one of the the best kept secrets in the FE world . They are original Ford Power Parts Stage 4 rocker arms which were designed by FE guru Ron Miller and came with a Lifetime Warranty . Precision Oil Pumps is the new manufacturer.

These are CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminum which is extremely expensive and around twice as strong as the 6061 T6 aluminum some other name brand arms are made out of and is around 30% stronger than the 2024 T3 aluminum the extremely expensive D Series Harland Sharp arms are made out of and can withstand up to 700 lbs of valve spring pressure.

They are 1.76 ratio.

Each rocker has 2 Aircraft grade, high nickel content bronze bushings which will last much longer than the "budget" bronze bushings other manufacturers use.

They also have massive 7/16" diameter Jessel type inverted cup hardened lash adjusters with ARP 12 point nuts . The inverted cup adjusters allow the use of conventional ball or radiused end style pushrods on the rocker end instead of the stock cup type design.

The lash adjusters are also offset in the rockers . 8 of them are offset .075" to the left and 8 are offset .075" to the right to help prevent the pushrods from rubbing the Intake Manifold which is a notorious problem on FE engines with high lift cams and/or larger than stock push rods.

The bushings have a 1/16" wide space between them . This creates a 360 degree oil groove around the entire rocker shaft for improved oiling which further reduces wear . The oil groove also supplies pressurized oil to the push rod tip through the ingenious lash adjuster design and also to the roller.

The rollers are made from heat treated 8740 Chromoly, and the pins are tool steel with retaining clips instead of being a press fit like most other roller rocker pins are which can loosen in the rocker if high spring pressures and/or solid lift cams are used.

The lash adjusters are also offset . 8 of them are offset 075" to the left and 8 are offset .075" to the right to help prevent the pushrods from rubbing the Intake Manifold which is a notorious problem on FE engines with high lift cams and/or larger than stock push rods.

The rockers will clear stock valve covers.

ROCKER STANDS

You can use stock stands if you want . If you want new stands you need to buy 4 more single stands for a total of $60.00 or upgrade to the rocker shaft end support stands for $140.00 . They are listed online in the Precision Oil Pumps  catalog.

ROCKER SHAFTS

You can use stock rocker shafts with any style of stand including the shaft end support stands . If you need rocker arms, you can get them from the link below . They make them for many aftermarket companies and they are very inexpensive when you buy they direct . In addition to the stock type shafts they sell for around $20.00 each, they also sell extra long induction hardened shafts for only $48.00 each which are 40 Rockwell with the oil holes hardened to 60 Rockwell . These can be used with stock or hi performance rockers and with or without aftermarket shaft end stands . All the shafts they make are centerless ground to insure perfect trueness . They are listed in the Rocker Arms Unlimited online catalog.

Win a new Jag XJ – update with Piers Morgan

Mon, 09 Nov 2009

Piers Morgan is encouraging us to buy tickets to win the first new XJ off the production line. A couple of weeks ago we reported that Jaguar are running a competition to win the very first new XJ to come of the production line. It may be true that the competition will give Jaguar a bit of publicity for the new XJ, but it’s also true that the real beneficiaries of the competition will be the NSPCC.

The Jaguar F-Type Shooting Brake that the British manufacturer should build

Tue, 11 Feb 2014

This is one man’s vision of what a Jaguar F-Type Shooting Brake could (and should) look like. Theophilus Chin likes to be known as an ‘automotive manipulator’ and has put his passion for cars and his computer skills to good use, creating this stunning Jaguar F-Type Shooting Brake concept. MSN Cars has already driven the ‘regular’ F-Type Coupe.

Hyundai beefs up its WRC team

Wed, 10 Apr 2013

Hyundai revealed last year that they’re preparing to take on the World Rally Championship (WRC) from 2014 when a rally car based on the i20 will take to the world rally stage to cast some sport fairy dust on Hyundai’s showroom cars. At that time we had little information about the team, but in January we learnt that Hyundai had appointed Michel Nandan to head up their WRC efforts, a good move as Nandon was the technical director for the Peugeot WRC team until 2005, so he knows his stuff. Now we learn that Hyundai is beefing up its WRC team as it prepares for a full season of WRC in 2014.
