KTM X-Bow – the heavyweight dealer arrives

Thu, 11 Jun 2009

Dick Lovett has been appointed as a dealer for the KTM X-Bow And the profile of the X-Bow keeps growing with the effusive comments from those who’ve driven it and the decent marketing the car is enjoying through sensible stuff like the KTM X-Bow Drive Orange days at Brands Hatch and Silverstone. But that 1,000 car a year production may have to be revised again after it has been announced that Dick Lovett – a high-end supercar dealer – has just been appointed KTM X-Bow dealer for South Wales and South West England. We who read (and write) about cars every day tend to assume that anyone looking for a supercar or high-end sports car is completely au fait with what the market has to offer.

Mercedes C Class BlueEfficiency – now even more efficient

Thu, 04 Jun 2009

Mercedes C Class BlueEFFICIENCY now has new, more frugal engines And the new engines Mercedes has announced for its C Class BlueEfficiency are quite remarkable. Already available in the new Mercedes E-Class, they offer remarkable economy whilst still producing a very drivable car. The new Mercedes C220 CDi Blue EFFICIENCY delivers 170bhp and a 0-60mph of 8.4 seconds, but averages nearly 59mpg and only emits 127 g/km o2.

Last McLaren P1 was sold on Sunday, says Ron Dennis

Thu, 14 Nov 2013

The McLaren P1 Supercar (pictured) is now sold out The LaFerrari may have sold out before it was even revealed, but with a long history of hypercars from Ferrari, that’s no surprise. But the McLaren P1, although a direct descendant of the fable McLaren F1, didn’t have the benefit of a long history of hard-core wealthy clients to call on for its sales, so McLaren has had to wait a while to complete sales on their entire run of 375 cars. But now they’ve done it.
