This listing is for a Used OMC Cobra Sterndrive 1986-1993 Large Hub Lower Unit. This lower will fit 1990-1993 4 cylinder 3.0L, 1986-1993 V6 4.3L and 1986-1993 V8 5.0, 5.7 and 5.8L. Lower unit gear oil has been drained for shipment. This lower unit is rough, the housing is very pitted up and may not be any good. The lower turns and shifts real smooth. All the internal parts seem to be working good. Please be aware that is what you are basically buying are the internal parts.

I will ship with UPS for a flat fee of $40.00. This is for anywhere in the lower 48. I can ship internationally. It's the first time that a manufacturer has made a properly variable valve system a production reality, and will slowly be rolled out across most of Fiat's and Alfa's car ranges.How does Fiat's MultiAir vary from existing variable valve timing (VVT) systems?Current VVT systems rely on mechanical systems to open and close the valves. Engineers have long understood the benefits of changing valve opening and closing times to tweak an engine's power and emissions performance, depending on the need for power or parsimony.Valves are an engine's nose and mouth – it inhales through inlet valves and exhales through exhaust valves.

Saab 'developing diesel hybrids' to rival PSA's

Saab has been caught testing a 9-3 with a diesel hybrid engine, according to press reports in Sweden. It seems that France's PSA won't have the diesel-hybrid market all to itself. A reporter from Automobil magazine spotted a 9-3 prototype refuelling at a petrol station in Trollhattan as he returned a test car to the factory.
