UK motorway to charge moving electric cars
Tue, 15 Apr 2014The Highways Agency is set to test wireless charging in moving electric cars on a UK motorway, according to Engineering and Technology Magazine. This would see electric vehicles gain additional charge as they passed over wireless charging nodes embedded in the motorway’s road surface. Hyundai Tucson teased ahead of Frankfurt motor show

The ute will arrive in the United States early next year, and more specifics will be available closer to launch. It will wear different badging around the world and will be called the ix35 in Europe.

If it looks, well, odd in the pictures, under the glare of Geneva’s show lights, the Zagato looked even odder.
