Condition:New other (see details) Brand:Valentine 1 Manufacturer Part Number:V1

Tired of other drivers crowding up behind so they can live off your detector warnings? Or maybe you just prefer to keep a low profile. Here's a remote display that partners with V1, moving all the visual warnings to a location of your choosing while V1 continues on duty in the dark mode.

The Concealed Display may be attached directly to the Lighter Adapter (see Note below). Or you may mount it anywhere using self-stick interlocking fasteners, then connect with the power cord (included) to either the Lighter Adapter or Direct-Wire Power Adapter (both included with V1).

Mute and Mode selection are controlled by the Control Knob on the Display (On-Off and Volume adjustments remain on V1). This compact module measures only 1.0-in. H x 2.5-in. W x 1.2-in. D. Satin-black finish matches V1.

Note: This "attachment" is not possible with the old single-wire Lighter Adapter used up through 1997. Replace with Adapter (Item 20319) as used on today's V1.

Includes: Concealed-display module; Power cord, 8-ft.; Power cord, 3-in.; Display-module backplate (for mounting); self-stick interlocking fasteners.

Morgan Threewheeler (2011) first official pictures

Wed, 03 Nov 2010

Morgan surprised us all today by going back in time and unveiling the new-for-2011 roadster Threewheeler. Morgan started out making three-wheelers and from next year it will do so again; between 1909 and 1953 Morgan manufactured around 30,000 three-wheelers. One even won the French Grand Prix in 1913 and Stirling Moss owned one.  The new Morgan will be fitted with the latest 'Screaming Eagle' 1800cc twin engine from a Harley Davidson married to a five-speed manual transmission from Mazda.

VW Polo facelift (2014) first official pictures

Tue, 28 Jan 2014

By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 28 January 2014 10:00 Subtle facelift hides bigger changes underneath This is the new VW Polo to face-off the Ford Fiesta and Vauxhall Corsa. The irony in this car arriving stems from the trouble that the German maker has faced in the US – where VW board members have blamed long model cycles with minor facelifts such as this – as the reason why sales fell and its North America boss stepped down late last year. At least the new Polo brings some welcome changes under that barely-changed sheetmetal.

One Lap of the Web: Retrofuturism in the world of tomorrow!

-- In Alberta, Canada, a man stole a John Deere tractor and evaded the Royal Canadian Mounted Police as he crashed through fences, trees, and a field before rolling it on a hill. The Mounties were only able to find the tractor when a passing snowmobiler followed the snowy tracks. This article was posted on social media via astronaut Chris Hadfield, which makes this news story the most Canadian thing ever.
