Audi celebrates 500,000th TT with special edition
Thu, 15 Aug 2013Audi is celebrating its 500,000th TT sport compact with a new special edition, based on the upgraded Audi TTS. Only 500 examples of the TTS competition will be built, and will begin rolling off the assembly line in October. Unfortunately Audi will only sell the exclusive cars across the pond.
Future products: Bentley reskins Continentals, works on convertibles
Thu, 23 Sep 2010Bentley's sales have plummeted as its cars aged and the economy fell into recession. The launch of the Mulsanne flagship this year is cause for optimism, as is the coming reskin of the Continental range, which was introduced in the United States in 2005. Bentley will begin rolling out the new versions of the Continental next year, starting with the GT coupe.
Kia GT and Provo look to be heading in to production
Tue, 12 Mar 2013The recent Kia Provo Concept and the impressive Kia GT look like they’re heading in to production as Kia move upmarket. Equally, the stunning Kia GT concept we saw at 2 years ago at Frankfurt - a swoopy coupe Kia take on the Mercedes CLS – was equally convincing, although we’d begun to think Kia had gone cold on the idea of putting the Kia GT in to production. But Auto Express are reporting that both the Provo (with a change of name ) and the GT are close to being signed off for production after a conversation with Benny Oeyen, Kia’s marketing boss in Europe.
