Complete payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order (buy-it-now option) or winning your bid. We will ship the package only after the payment has been verified and cleared.

We can only ship to the address we receive from PayPal. We cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone, email or eBay message. Please make sure you choose the correct address when you make the payment. We will not be able to change the shipping address after payment is made. SHIPPING POLICIES

Paypal Payments will be shipped to your PayPal listed address only. We cannot ship To: P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO. Most packages are signature required and will be insured for auction winning amount.

We cannot use the customer's account to ship an item.

We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left our shipping department. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address. We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier.

The shipping cost stated in this auction is valid only for the 48 contiguous US states. We use either FedEx , UPS or USPS at our discretion to ship the item. Please call us 1-610-507-1507, ask for Ray with questions.

We guarantee up to 10 business days from the day you paid until delivery of the package (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). We will keep this guarantee and if needed we will expedite shipping at no additional cost for you. We will email you the tracking number once we ship the package to you.

Shipping insurance is included on all purchases. If a claim needs to be filed with the carrier the buyer will be responsible for filing it. If you file a claim you must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please call us if you have questions.

RETURN POLICIES

All returns must be approved by phone before you ship any item back to us. If you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping the package will be refused & returned to you.

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. If they have been used or opened, a restocking fee may apply and will be determined once our review is done.

Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return. Make sure we authorized your return.
