Prior to returning any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Return items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached. Please make sure all parts fit prior to cutting, painting or altering in any way. Altered items are not returnable and non-refundable.

Sound Not Warranted. Please note sound quality and sound level are not warranted. Please do not return your system or muffler if you do not like the sound. Exhausts that have been mounted and or ran on vehicle are not eligible for return or exchange
If you fail to contact Fly-N-Cycle, Inc. prior to returning an item you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. In addition, if a returned item does not meet all criteria outlined in the paragraph above, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
