Shipping Policy 
We use different shipment methods (USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. Palm Beach Classics will ship the products within 1 to 3 business days after the payment is received. (Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) The delivery time will depend on the availability of the products, payment method and the destination. You will receive an automatic tracking number once your order is shipped (please be sure to provide us with your email address). If the parcel is returned because of an insufficient or inaccurate address, the customer will be charged again for re-shipping the parcel.

Return Policy 
We take great pride in our reputation of quality and excellent value. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a purchase we will issue a refund or exchange with a prior authorization. Item(s) will have to be returned the same condition as it was shipped. A return is only accepted if the item is new and unopened. All items have to be returned in the original packaging. No refund will be given if the returned item has been used or damaged.

If the item is not received with 7 days after the return authorization was issued, we will not accept the return. No Exceptions! If you paid with a credit card, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
