We recently purchased the contents of a barn from a life long collector of vintage car parts.  Check out our other auctions and "The Old Car Parts Store" for similar items that have been in storage for the past 40+ years.

Here is a VINTAGE 1939 PLYMOUTH GLOVE BOX DOOR.  This piece was recently removed from a parts car and it is in good to good+ used condition.  The main flaws include some mild to moderate surface rust on the front panels and tiny pitting and tarnish along the trim which goes along the center and outer edges.  The pitting is smaller than a pin head and very mild and the surface rust is not deep (nothing offensive).  There are no dings, dents, or cracks.  The lock mechanism is present.  We do not have the key but it still functions to catch the receiver and hold the door closed.  You could have the mech rekeyed if need be.  The mounting holes for the brackets are in great shape.  Overall, a nice original that will make a good driver or candidate for restoration.  Please check out the pictures and email us with questions before bidding.  Professional packaging guaranteed (see our feedback).  Bid with confidence and good luck.

Ferrari sets personal best in China

Wed, 05 Jan 2011

It was a solid year for Ferrari in the burgeoning Chinese car market in 2010, as the Italian dream maker racked up its most impressive sales in that country with a tally of 300 cars. Sales were up almost 50 percent compared with 2009 results. With 10 current dealerships and the addition of some new business partners, Ferrari expects the added sales for Hong Kong and Taiwan will elevate the region to one of the company's top five international markets.
