E-Z-EYE Safety Plate Solid-Passenger Side. There are some letters that I'm not sure, the exact letters, so I  won't say.

Measures: With the weather stripping: The back side; 20 and a little over 1/8" X front side; a little over 13 1/2" X bottom side; 14 1/2"
