Up for sale is a Vintage Lot of Jeweled Light Up Spring Antenna Tips. The tips come in different designs and lengths. 2 of the tips are 6 3/4" long, the other one is 5 5/8" long. They Plastic Red Tips, Jeweled Centers. The spring bases are wired, they take small threaded screw in bulbs not included, they measure 5 1/8" long and 4 7/8" long. When powered up the light comes out the colored jewels and stream up into the tips. They are used, they show signs of use and age, nothing major. They would make a great addition to your collection or for use on your ride. Thanks for looking. |

Ferruccio Lamborghini may just have been a tractor builder in the eyes of Enzo Ferrari, but 50 years on from the point where Ferruccio Lamborghini started to make the cars he wanted to drive – because Ferrari didn’t – Lamborghini can be thought of as Ferrari’s equal – if historically a slightly more barking one. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini’s first car, Lamborghini are organising events around the world in 2013 to celebrate all things Sant’Agata, culminating in the Lamborghini 50th Anniversary Grand Tour on 7th – 11th May 2013.
Audi R8 Spyder leaks out
Thu, 10 Sep 2009The first proper pictures of the new Audi R8 Spyder We’ve known for some time that the drop-top R8 was coming to Frankfurt. The Spyder has been seen out and about on the set of the film ‘Iron Man II’, and we had a UK Audi dealer using a picture from the set to promote orders for the R8 Spyder back in July. So it’s not new news, but the pictures are new and are obviously part of the official release set – which we’ll no doubt see later today.

A jury made up of high-ranking design professionals, including the likes of VW's Flavio Manzoni and Faurecia's Andreas Wlasak, selected winners in the following 11 categories: Best Use of Ambient Lighting Best Innovation Best Production Interior Best Use of Technology Best Lifestyle Interior Best Safety Innovation Best Personalisation Best Eco Design Best Conceptual Interior Best Conceptual Exterior Best Xperience The title of 2008 Student Designer of the Year - and the grand prize of $5000 - went to the Royal College of Art's Pierre Sabas. His four-seater Free Form coupe concept took an inside-out approach to design, consisting of articulated, interlocking seat elements designed to eliminate the need for bulky, constrictive exterior crumple zones, and a sliding dashboard for adaptable ergonomics.
