Here is a rare opportunity to own a brilliant Hemi V8 I have one in my 1932 Ford Roadster ( fits a stock firewall & no hood bulges ) I bought this rare beast ( one of 2044 made ) from Jim Jacobs & realize I'm not going to need a 2nd engine as mine has proved super reliable so this is for sale as is.
The engine is 4.5 liter ( 278 cu.in. ) It has a cast iron block with Aluminum heads , weighs just 500# , cast aluminum oil pan I have converted it to an aluminum pulley but otherwise it is stock . If required I can help with converting it to a modern trans ( mine I converted to put a T5 stick trans behind it & it's been a blast to drive) I have outside headers I made & also a 3 carb manifold to fit Stromberg carbs to , available in separate auctions. Any Questions can be answered by calling LimeWorks Speedshop , I will do my best to answer any questions you may have. Parts are now available ie bearings, pistons/rings & gaskets from England. My engine was built by Jay Steel at Taylor engines before parts were available so a decent machine shop can help out. Ferrari reveals Enzo replacement teaser shot
Fri, 14 Dec 2012Ferrari has revealed the first teaser shot of the Enzo replacement, expected to be unveiled early next year. The Italian carmaker printed the photo in the latest edition of the official Ferrari Magazine, and just from the teaser we can tell that it continues with the brand's latest design direction. The Enzo's replacement also appears to feature the ‘double-bubble' design.
Audi Sport Quattro Concept arrives on video

After all, Audi has already had one stab at a high-end recreation of the iconic quattro in 2010, turned up at Frankfurt with a second, more powerful, version and has now got that version running around on video to celebrate 100,000 Facebook Likes. If Audi are going to build the Sport Quattro it’s almost certainly going to be a limited edition run at a price that eclipses even the current range-topping Audi R8 V10 Plus.
