As the Seller, we are bound to this auction as a contact when this auction ends or if a Buyer purchases this with a Buy It Now option. If there are bids and we have to cancel the auction before it ends for a reason beyond our control, the bids will be cancelled and there will be no contract between the Bidders and seller.

As a Buyer, if you bid and the auction ends, you are bound to uphold the contract of bidding.  If you use the Buy It Now, you are also immediately entering into a contract.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt (minus shipping). Refund will be given for purchase price if merchandise is returned in same condition as sent. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must use USPS with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible if it is lost when mailed to us. If item is grossly misrepresented, please contact us so we can discuss options. We strive to be error-free, but have the occasional oversight! SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
