Condition:New other (see details) Brand:Mercury Country/Region of Manufacture:United States Manufacturer Part Number:1626-3927A6

Here is a housing that appears to have never been on a motor.  This is from inventory of an old dealer that has closed. My research says this was original equipment on 2 cylinder 40hp Merc 400's Ser. # 3043031 and up,  40hp Merc 402's up to Ser. #3344829 and  on  50hp Merc 500's between #2858814and 3235062.  It has the casting number 1627-3927 in the valley ahead of the trim tab bolt.  This has not been available from the maker for a very long time, and last sold for $409.05.  Here is a rare chance to own a nice replacement.  I entered a low starting price and no reserve.  Thanks for looking and bidding.
