This is a vintage Fram oil filter which fits many 1948 - 1962 six cylinder Chevrolet vehicles which took the cannister type filter.

The box is in pretty fragile condition and the filter is not perfect, but as you can see in the pictures it is in very good shape considering it's age.

Please verify that this is the correct part for your vehicle before bidding.  I do not know the specific applications for this product however please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer them.

£500m scheme introduced to boost electric car ownership

Newspress Deputy prime minister Nick Clegg is today launching a £500 million scheme to boost electric and hybrid car ownership in the UK.   Perks for electric car drivers The funding will provide extra perks to encourage more drivers to trade in their old, conventionally powered cars for electric or hybrid vehicles. Councils will be able to apply for funding if they come up with plans to encourage people to ditch their petrol and diesel cars – for example, by offering free parking to electric vehicles and giving them the right to drive in bus lanes.

Hyundai teases new Sonata before New York

Hyundai previewed the next Sonata in a teaser photo on Wednesday. It looks like the designers, maybe having gone a little too far with the last generation, toned this one down. We're a bit sad about that.
