Vintage General Quick-aid Brass Fire Extinguisher 1 1/2 Qt.chris-craft 1952-55 on 2040-parts.com
Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States
This
is an empty vintage brass fire extinguisher made
by the General Fire Extinguisher Co. and it is model 95HD. It is the 1 1/2
qt. size and is about 18" long and comes with it's original mounting
bracket which has a new coat of maroon paint. It has been polished
and lacquered and as you can see in the pictures, it displays very
well. Someone did a lot of work on the website "vintagefe" and that
site states that General fire extinguishers were featured in Chris-Craft
accessories from 1937 to 1960. This would be the correct extinguisher
for a 1952 - 1955 Chris-Craft boat. The extinguisher is in excellent condition and has NO dents NO dings. The T pump handle
moves in and out as designed and has new brass tone paint as when new.
The brass label retains nearly all of it's original paint. The would
make a great addition to a
collection or mounted on a vintage boat, car, or truck. Please check
out my other vintage fire extinguishers I have listed.

The 64-year-old has helped an estimated 87,000 motorists with car trouble - between 1,500 and 2,000 a year - around the west of Scotland, rescuing animals, young children and even babies that have been accidentally locked in vehicles.

Peugeot 407 Coupe – new diesels
Thu, 09 Jul 2009Peugeot has introduced two new diesel engines for its stylish 407 Coupe But it’s a decent car, and Peugeot has now made it more appealing with some updates for 2009 / 2010. The style changes are very minor – a bit of chrome trim and bigger door mirrors – and the 407 Coupe now gets Bluetooth and hands-free as standard equipment on its Connect Navigation (RNEG). But the big news is the new diesel engines.
