Front is stamped Grote No. 70 Flameless Flare
Top is stamped Grote 70 S.A.E. 64 Emergency Reflector Flares Meets I.C.C. and S.A.E. Regs., Grote Mfg. Co., Madison, Indiana.
Case does have rust on the base, but the flares open, and close smoothly, reflectors are in great shape.
Does inclue some of the flag post, but no flags.
Has operating instruction.
