This 19" rear wheel is  from an old  Harley Davidson motorcycle. possibly Flathead / pan head or knucklehead or older?

I dont know if the original tire or not but they are old  pretty good. it does not  have alot of rust on them but the spokes do. I took my finger in one spot and rubbed and it cleaned up. I dont know what it would take to clean them. I dont know much about them other than what I have listed. These are obviously heavy and shipping will be high. I have posted alot of pictures so you can be the judge.  The tires are size 4.50-19 4 ply.
