Vintage Japanese Tall Sissybar Upright And Back Pad. Old, vintage unit in poor condition. Rusty with scratches here and there and the backrest pad cover is torn all the way around and will need recovered, foam looks good. It is 28" tall from bottom bend to the top, with a 10 1/2" W. X 4" W. X 18 1/2" tall back pad and 10" between the front mounts and 11" between the second set of mounts. Cool old upright that needs refinished, great for your vintage cruiser or chopper. A9 cameras already curbing speeders
Wed, 18 Jun 2014NEWLY-INSTALLED cameras on one of Scotland's most notorious roads are already cutting drivers' speed. The average-speed cameras on the A9 have not yet been switched on, but have nonetheless seen the number of motorists breaking the speed the limit on the Perth to Pitlochry stretch drop from one in three to one in 10. Work began to install the devices from Perth to Inverness last month, one of a number of planned measures to improve safety on the main route connecting central Scotland and the Highlands.
Charity calls for parking on pavements ban

The Guide Dogs charity has branded drivers that block the pavement “inconsiderate and dangerous”, with seven out of 10 people backing restrictions that would keep the footpath clear for pedestrians.
