Here is a very neat period carb kit for the 1975 Honda Civic 1500 CVCC.  This kit has been properly stored and should work well for a rebuild of your rare 75 Civic.

Note:  This kit was sold once and the buyer reported a broken gasket in it.  It does indeed have a broken top cover gasket (probably still usable).  We think this kit still offers a lot of good new parts (including jets, etc.) so we are reducing the price by 50%.
