You are looking at a vintage Lewis Eng. Co aircraft flight selector switch. It has seven positions, the off switch and 1-6. It is type 10S6, serial number 36705. Made in USA in Naugatuck, Connecticut. It measures 3" x 3" across the face and is about 3" depth with the knob and connectors in the back. I have no way to test this item. Sold as is. I don't know what type of plane it came out of or if it was ever used.
