This is an old vintage Dialco Red smooth pattern dash light, 1" across with 2" bulb holders. Excellent original condition with minor shelfwear. Vintage metal bezel with polished finish. SCREW IN 12 or 6v bulb, (12v bulb is included) and you're good to go. These were made many years ago, and they are similar to the type used in the SW panels of the fifties with winged gauges and Ford Model A panels. They are perfect for emergency brake, or warning light signals. Complete with dash fittings and NOS bulb holder, and 12v bulb. This is a great-looking light, and the vintage versions are really tough to find. Great for the dashboard of your 32 Ford or Chevy coupe or roadster. Very cool rig for your custom 1932 Ford roadster, 1933 coupe with Auburn dash, or 1934 Dodge or Plymouth. The new Vauxhall Corsa ecoFLEX for 2010 with 98g/km CO2 emissions As I think we’ve said before – another day, another Eco car. A few days a go we had the new BlueMotion Golf coming in at a chunk under it’s previous iteration on the CO2 emissions front, and today we’ve got Vauxhall’s baby being revealed for 2010 sporting CO2 emissions of 98g/km – which makes a change from the ubiquitous 99g/km figure. The new Corsa ecoFlex manages to trim the CO2 emissions from 105g/km on the previous Corsa ecoFLEX model to 98g/km – and therefore a freebie VED – with even the 5 door version sneaking below the 100g/km threshold.

Mazda MX-5 Yusho gets 238bhp

The Mazda MX-5 Yusho Concept has been revealed at the the Leipzig Auto Show with 238bhp from a supercharged engine. It’s not just the German car makers that have turned up to the Leipzig Auto Show with some interesting new cars, the Japanese have managed it to in the shape of the Mazda MX-4 Yusho Concept. The MX-5 Yusho (Yusho means Victory in Japanese) is a supercharged and titivated version of the regular MX-5 with 17″ grey alloys, lowered suspension, a boot lid spoiler and carbon fibre rear diffuser.

As the doors closed to the press at the Mondial de L'Automobile in Paris, the world's top designers and automotive journalists gathered at the nearby Palais des Congrès d'Issy to watch a new generation of designers celebrate success at the 2010 Interior Motives Design Awards. Never before has the automotive industry been in greater need of fresh perspectives and innovation, and the students gathered here tonight provided both in spades - perhaps none more so than Kosin Voravattayagon of Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design, who walked away from the event with the Interior Motives Student Designer of the Year 2010 title and prize money totalling $5,000. Themed ‘Driving the Interior Revolution', this year's contest attracted entries from an incredibly diverse range of schools and nationalities - from Israel and Iran, to Slovakia and South America.
