 UP FOR AUCTION IS THIS VINTAGE SET OF 3 CORVETTE PO2? FIN TYPE HUBCAPS. I WOULD SAY THESE HUBCAPS LOOK TO BE IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION FOR THERE AGE, THERE IS SOME WEAR ON OUTER HUB PART BUT OVER ALL I THINK THEY LOOK GOOD WITH NO MAJOR DAMAGE. I BELEAVE THEY ARE 15" AND WILL FIT 68 THROUGH EARLY 70'S CORVETTES. I CANNOT MAKE OUT THE PART NUMBER BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE OF TAKING THEM APART TO READ IT, I DDI TAKE A PICTURE FOR YOU TO SEE ON ONE OF THEM. Mercedes-Benz is adding a fire-breathing AMG variant of the GL sport-utility vehicle for the first time for 2013. The people hauler will pack a biturbo 5.5-liter V8 rated at 550 hp and 560 lb-ft of torque. Code-named M157, it's capable of propelling the ute to 60 mph in 4.9 seconds en route to an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph.

Volkswagen plans to add two SUVs positioned below the Tiguan compact model because of booming demand for such vehicles, a newspaper report said. The launch of a subcompact SUV and a smaller model based on the new Up minicar is "certain," German business publication Handelsblatt reported on Monday, citing company sources. A VW spokesman would not confirm the models to the paper, saying only: "SUVs are very interesting.

'Transport poverty' rising - RAC

THE LEAST WELL-OFF families are slipping further into "transport poverty", according to an RAC Foundation survey. The poorest car-owning households spent at least 31% of their disposable incomes on buying and running a vehicle in 2012, the foundation said, up from 27% the year before. The figures, based on data obtained from the Office for National Statistics, showed that in 2012 the poorest families had a maximum weekly expenditure of £167, of which £51.40 went on a car.
