Hello, We no longer have the boat this was intended for . It is a beautiful piece but has gotten scratched through the years , It has only the single finish coat that came on it . ( in the boating world we know that means you put on one coat for every year you want it to last ).

  The measurements are as close as I can measure outside spoke to spoke 25"  
  The inner wheel measures 16 5/8" outside and is 2" wide 
 the brass hub measures 4 1/4" across is 1 1/2" thick and has a 1" shaft bore with key way 
  It weighs 8 pounds

Chinese bank may join Saab rescue deal

Saab's owner, Swedish Automobile, said on Monday it is discussions with a bank in China and Chinese automaker Zhejiang Youngman Lotus Automobile over a rescue deal for Saab. Reports had said on Sunday that the Bank of China would replace China's Pang Da as an investor in Saab, which is under bankruptcy protection. Swedish Automobile confirmed Monday that it is talking with Youngman and a bank in China about an equity interest, but did not name the bank.
