BMW i8 fetching 50% premiums in UK market
Fri, 12 Sep 2014The BMW i8 (pictured) is commanding a 50% premium The simple rules of a capitalist market is that supply and demand dictate price. Which is why BMW’s i8 hybrid supercar is fetching premiums of up to 50 per cent. Lamborghini Murcielago LP650-4 Roadster
Thu, 19 Feb 2009Lamborghini Murcielago LP650-4 Roadster Expected to sport the same 650bhp engine as the Reventon, this LP650-4 looks like it’s going to be one of the quickest open-topped cars there is, with a 0-60 time just over 3 seconds. Just like the Reventon, the LP650-4 looks likely to come in just one colour choice, in this case a matt grey (Grigio Telesta) with orange accents, and dark painted alloys. With the expected launch of the LP670-4 SV happening at Geneva in a couple of weeks, it is unlikely that Lamborghini will show this car, more likely saving it for later in the year for maximum impact.

This time, Cadillac is giving us a sneak preview of its new CTS saloon that'll be shown at the Detroit Motor Show in January. This shot (with GM design boss Ed Welburn, left, and product chief Bob Lutz) proves that Cadillac is sticking with its brutishly angular design, although no other details have been announced yet.
