SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is free for the whole world.

All items will be shipped after I receive your payment. Only payment method I accept is paypal. 

All items will be shipped on the same or the next working day, depending on the hours you buy it. 

Working days do not include Saturdays and Sundays and holidays in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Regarding the holidays I'll send  a message to inform you.

Please have in mind the different time zones that we live in.

If, for any unplanned reason, I'm away from home, I'll send a message to inform you.

Every item is shipped in a protective envelope and with tracking number.

Every item is expected to be delivered in 30 working days. During the holiday season – December and January -  all items are expected to arrive in 45 working days.

If, for some reason, my post office, does not support shipping to your country you will be immediately informed and fully refunded.

If, for any reason, I get notified by my post office about possible delays in international shipping due to the things both me and my post office can not have affect on, I will send you a message as soon as possible to inform you. This includes, but it's not limited to, such circumstances as air companies strikes, any kind of weather conditions (storms, tsunamis etc.), and all other unplanned events.

If, for any reason, the expected delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your item please contact me as soon as possible, as I can check with my postal office and find the exact location of the item and we can mutually find an agreement.

You are responsible for collecting item from your postal office. If I receive the info that the item has arrived to your local post office, I'll send a message to inform you.
