This is the newest, lowest hour, 270 outdrive that ever has been sold on ebay! This unit came off a 1973 Volvo Penta AQ270A This whole stern drive, from the gimlet back, is included in this auction. But does not include the housing on transom. This unit has less than 300 hours on this 1973 part! IT IS CHERRY! I did not remove the prop and take photos of behind it, as it was raining when I took the photos, and was in a hurry,, sorry, but I can forward photos, if u request, with prop off? It is so clean behind the prop, it looks brand new! There is no corrosion around prop area, as if you look at other listings, you will see they are all corroded except this one! The seals are Perfect! no leaks! oil still inside, and ready to go! This is the original paint! Sorry for the dirt and the mold, as it has been sitting, but cleans up nice! Just looking you might not believe 300 hours? But I promise you, it probably has less than that! This boat was just simply never used! Check my feedback out? 100% I am a honest seller~! When I say 300 hours, I mean it! The prop is soft aluminum, and has been dinged a bit, but aluminum props can gouge easily, not because it was run aground a lot! There is no play in the lower foot bearings what so ever, very tight complete unit! This unit is bolt on ready! Hard to find 270 outdrive! Let alone with this low of hours! RARE FIND! Get it quick! It will not last!
