This is in nice condition every valve has been individually remove cleaned , inspected , lapped and reinstalled in the same position, No Bent Valves , Head is Flat, Valves, Seats and Guides are all in excellent condition . There is Corrosion in the #4 exhaust port that will need to be repaired , This is a common issue with these Marine Heads it will need to be welded and machined Bolt it on get back on the water!

Hyundai move from Baboons to Kids to test quality
Fri, 05 Jul 2013Hyundai let a troop of 4 & 5 year olds loose on an i30 to test quality Last year, Hyundai let a troop of 40 safari park baboons loose on an i30 to see if, left to their own devices, they could trash Hyundai’s very well bolted together (just ask Martin Winterkorn) i30. It was a clever way to demonstrate that the i30 doesn’t just look good, but is made of a bit more than recycled baked bean cans and Fairy liquid bottles. The i30 came through the baboon test with flying colours (even the company tasked with cleaning it up after the baboons commented on the story that they were impressed by how unscathed the i30 was), but Hyundai has now come up with a quality test that makes the baboon adventure look like a walk in the (safari) park.
Motorists Worried About Safety On Smart Motorways
Fri, 09 May 2014THE IAM is calling for more information and advice on ‘smart’ motorways for drivers. The call comes after a poll conducted by the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) discovered that seventy-one per cent of drivers said they would feel less safe on a motorway with no hard shoulder than a motorway with one. One of the main concerns of respondents is the plan to increase the distance between safety refuges with forty-eight per cent believing that safety refuges should be no more than 500 yards apart.
