This is a untested used Mcculloch BDC carburetor (Walbro) using gas and was issued on the early (1st Gen.) 91 and 101 kart engines. No modifications all stock and clean inside and out. Both metering and fuel pump diaphragms look to be usable. Note the fuel pump flapper valves appeared to be inside and not outside the gasket to lay flay on the aluminum plate. Will also need a duckbill check valve. Part number 65929 changes to a 68720 in the July 28th 1969 price book. overall condition of carburetor is very good.

Throttle operation is smooth and has a broken return spring.

THE ICONIC Ford Mustang has reached its 50th birthday and the largest gathering of racing models ever in the UK is being planned to mark the occasion. More than 25 race-prepared Mustangs are being assembled for the Silverstone Classic event on 25-27 July. Among the cars entered for the race there are several famous models from the cars early days in the 1960s, as well as many that are regularly raced today in historic competitions.

Bentley Continental GT V8 - UK prices Today sees the public debut of the Bentley Continental GT V8 ( and GTC V8) at Detroit, and the reveal of UK prices - £123,850 for the GT V8 & £136,250 for the GTC V8. We got the reveal of the new Bentley Continental GT V8 – and the Continental GTC V8 – last month, ahead of its public unveiling at the Detroit Motor Show today. We also got the leak of some German prices for the Continental GT V8 just after Christmas, which we reckoned meant the UK GT V8 would start around £115k.

And while the Excalibur's retro vibes arose from the mausoleum of the Mercedes-Benz SSK, Hemmings has discovered Brooks Stevens's other neoclassic: the Excalibur 35X, meant to look like a Bugatti Type 35. Just 27 were built in Italy on the chassis of Opel Commodores, fitted with inline-sixes.
