You are also responsible to return an alleged defective part(s) to RE for warranty repairs at your own expense. In addition, you agree to pay return freight or pickup, unless on-site service was included in the original or add-on purchase agreement. RE does not pay return freight or shipping or issue “Call Tags”. You are responsible for ensuring that parts ordered are the proper parts for your vehicle, regardless if RE made suggestion of the part(s) ordered. Please understand that some parts described by RE as fitting your car will not fit your car. You will be subject to the 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs, if a return is necessary. You are responsible for ensuring that parts installed in vehicle are used properly and are designed for your vehicle and maintaining the vehicle(s). Under no circumstances does RE ever pay installation or removal expenses. If a part that RE sells is claimed to be defective or incompatible, RE does not cover installation or removal expenses of that part. If a part that RE sells is alleged to have caused damages to other parts in a customer's car, RE is not responsible for those damages. RE is not responsible for damages under any circumstance or condition, even if the part(s) were installed by a professional or certified mechanic. We strongly recommend all consumers have a professional installer to install the parts. Vehicle protection is your responsibility. The Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from RE any consequential damages, suach as: damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit or income, mechanic fees or any other incidental damages. The Buyer shall not be entitled to recover consequential damages listed above caused by a failure of a RE part. The Buyer shall not be entitled to recover any consequential damages listed above, caused by an alledged imcompatability of an RE part. You can void your Warranty. If failures of components are due to or caused by physical abuse, acts of nature, data corruption, customer installation of incompatible parts/equipment after delivery and setup, or by alteration of parts by the end user or of a part that is modified by the end user installs. The use of any non standard fuel (i.e. Red diesel, black diesel, bio fuels greater than b5, WVO) can void your warranty. While some of these fuels are good for the planet, they are not good for your injection pump. Customer must use Diesel no. 2 or any injection pump returned and found to have any substance other than diesel no. 2 all repair costs to fix the part will be forwarded to the purchaser. Core returns for injection pumps should not be tampered with. Any core that comes in disassembled or incomplete (excluding fuel fittings) will not be accepted. Personal checks are not accepted for payment except when pre-approved by RE. You can void your Warranty. Failure to return the original box with the parts and an order confirmation included will void our legal responsibility to have the parts repaired or replaced at no charge. Keep the original box with order confirmation! Cancellation of special orders (defined as any parts built to specifications outside those listed on this web site) after two business days may result in a 15% surcharge. Detail Description


Rebuild Kit for VW TDI with special Tool to remove the 3 sided bolt on top of the pump. This will work for all VW TDI pumps, both 1z and alh engines. Volkswagen injector pumps and will leak after 10 years, when they are mechanically fine. <!--The kit does not include a front seal.--> If you have a 1.9L pump, non-TDI, or the 1.6L Diesel, the kit will work NOT for you. If you have a TDI pump, the seals will work for you. This auction is only for the gasket kit and special tool.

If your pump is leaking from the rear seal, you will need to remove the pump from the car to replace the seal. You will need an assistant to hold the cast iron head onto the pump while you replace the seal. If you back out the bolts, but hold pressure on the internal springs, you can replace the rear seal without taking the pump apart. Please be careful not to take tension off of the springs... The new feed pump and new Rotor (10mm)are available for $120 more. The feed pump is responsible for sucking the fuel into the injector pump. The rotor is responsible for generating the high pressure that is sent to the injectors. If your pump isn't working very well, the total rebuild kit should give your pump new life!

Shipping is $5 for the gasket kit anywhere in the world. If you want the new feed pump and rotor and do not live in the US, the shipping cost is $25. Paypal also accepted.

Those of us at Autoweek who have driven the car will likely concur. Always Evolving, a car race and tuner store operated by CEO Roger Rodas, a financial consultant who became friends and business partners with actor Paul Walker at a racetrack, acquired the car last spring, and used it often at car shows and in promotional ads. Rodas was driving when the car crashed, killing him and passenger Walker in a California business park Saturday afternoon.
