Many of the products we provide are sourced from among several regional warehouses and manufacturers across the USA. Warranty:

All products carry the manufactures warranty. Contact the product manufacturer if warranty service is needed. Warranty is valid only on parts installed by qualified personnel and in the application for which they are intended. Parts that are improperly installed, used for testing, altered, abused, or subjected to arduous use may be excluded from warranty coverage.

Returns/Exchanges:

No refunds or returns on electrical parts, items priced under $25.00, accessories, keys, books, tools, special orders, installed/tested, used and close out parts.

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect each item upon receipt, even if they do not intend to use it for some time.

Eligible returns or exchanges requests are accepted within 30 days of the sales date. The receipt/invoice must accompany all returns. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested through us by email. An RMA number, and return shipping address will be provided for authorized returns. Item(s) authorized for return, must be sent back to us and received within 7 business days of the request.

The return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that are returned in any unsatisfactory condition.

The returned product must be in resalable condition. Resalable condition means that in addition to the product(s) themselves, the original product carton, all packaging materials, slip-sheets, warranty statements, manuals and any other ancillary items included with the original product must be returned in like-new condition. Any parts where the factory security seal has been tampered with, cut/torn open, or any evidence of a breach of the contents integrity are not returnable/refundable.

There is a 20% restocking fee for item(s) returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, this includes items with free shipping, unless the item is defective or our error. If an item is flawed or defective, a replacement will be shipped as soon as alleged defective part is returned to us. We do not issue refunds, credits or any partial/compensatory refunds for warranty related matters. Installation Information:

DIY:  Do It Yourself.  This phrase/term is self explanatory.  Many of the parts we provide can be installed by any one with minimal mechanical or technical experience.  Some parts can be installed by hand, common hand tools or if its more unique the some specialized tools may be required. 

Many of the parts we provide are the same ones that professionals use, therefore no installation instructions are included.  OE and aftermarket manufacturers have an expectation that their parts will be installed by professionals, so they don't go through the expense of printing instructions.

If you need instructions, there are countless free forums where professionals and do-it-yourselfer's can go to find specialized repair and installation assistance.

IIFM:  Install It For Me.  This is where you bring the auto parts you buy yourself and take it to a repair shop for them to install.  Many professional repair facilities tend to shy away from this practice for a variety of reasons. 

Most auto-repair shops do not want you to bring your parts in, and have them do the labor. The reason is that they buy the parts at wholesale, and sell them at retail. The sale of the parts during the service adds to their profit margin.  There are also warranty and/or fitment issues.  Many repair shops want to buy and install the parts themselves so they can be assured of exact fit.  If in the event that a part fails, then they can take care of the warranty exchange themselves with their supplier.  This saves them and you on time and additional labor.

Two other things about IIFM we see more and more frequently; One is that repair shops will often agree to use your parts, but they will sometimes ad an extra hour or two of flat rate to compensate for the loss of the parts revenue.  The other thing we see is the shops will agree to use your parts and then claim the parts will not fit and/or install them improperly.  They do this and tell you the part is ether wrong or defective.  They then tell you they can get the right parts and install them for you. They also tell you that they don't want to keep your car in their service bay waiting for you to get the right parts. So they get the parts they want to use and install them.  Then they then obviously charge you for the added retail cost of the part. 

Now bear in mind that there may be occasions where you have a particular year, make and model car, and the part you ordered is actually for a newer or older model.  If this happens then it will be more cost effective for you to have the shop install the correct parts they can get.

New Mazda3 MPS – UK Details

The new Mazda3 arrives in the UK on 1st October Mazda has chosen to have just one MPS model which will come in at £21,500 otr. And the spec is good, including Bluetooth, surround-sound BOSE, a new MID (multi information display) with a compact satellite navigation system that uses a high-resolution 11 cm (4.1 inch) screen mounted in the dashboard’s upper section and auto dual zone climate control air conditioning. Not too shoddy at all.

2014 Subaru XV – less choice, more refinement

The 2014 Subaru XV (pictured) gets a bit of a tweak The Subaru XV arrived in the UK in 2012, and it’s a perfectly able and reasonably-priced compact crossover from Subaru. But within a year of launching the XV Subaru decided to inject a bit more appeal in to the XV with a price cut of £2,300 across the range and now, not more than six months later, they’re fiddling with the XV range again. The 2.0 litre petrol XV gets new valve-train components to cut engine noise and revised suspension, with extra soundproofing improving NVH levels across the range, a revised power steering system for added stability and feel  and thicker and reshaped suspension lower arm and extra reinforcement around the base of the A-Pillar for better crash performance.
