These 4 fine thread (5/16 - 24 X 5/8 ) bolts are made specially to mount the water pump pulley to the water pump. You may have noticed the taper in most aftermarket aluminum water pump pulleys which presents a problem to properly mount your pulley. Note the bolt only comes with about 1/2 of thread so you will not be able to mount a fan as well with them.  These mount the pulley only to the water pump
