Weapon-R 826-136-101 Aluminum Coolant Overflow Tank
Weapon-R Aluminum Coolant Overflow Tank

Made of Billet 6061 Aluminum and TIG Welded with Billet Aluminum machined fittings for a proper fitting seal. These tanks were designed with racers in mind to get down the track safely by sending all your overflowing fluids to your catch tank and not the ground. Each Kit also comes with an aluminum bracket and stainless steel clamps for mounting. Included in each kit is 3 Feet of Clear Fiber Reinforced Tubing to route your coolant or Oil Vapors. Vehicle specific tanks are made to fit to OEM bolt holes and require no modifications for installation.

Pagani Huayra sets Top Gear lap record and places marker for McLaren P1

The Pagani Huyra set a stunning record time on the Top Gear track last week and in the process laid down a marker for the new McLaren P1. The return of Top Gear at the weekend for Series 19 saw Richard Hammond get to grips with the Pagani Huayra – successor to his beloved Zonda – and after a thoroughly positive test drive Hammond handed over to the Stig to take the Huayra round the Top Gear track. In the hands of the Stig, the 6.0 litre V12 AMG engine with 730 horses powered the Huayra to a time of just 1:13.8, beating the previous record for a production car, held by the Ariel Atom V8, by a sizeable 1.3 seconds.

Bentley Continental GTC V8 - Geneva debut The convertible version of the V8-engined Continental GT has arrived in Geneva as the Bentley Continental GTC V8. The Detroit Motor Show at the end of last year saw the arrival of the Bentley Continental GT V8, but the Geneva Motor Show this week is the venue for its drop-top sibling with the debut of the Bentley Continental GTC V8, a car we spied as long ago as last summer. With the same 4.0 litre V8 the GT V8 gets, the new GTC V8 gives little away to its tin-top sibling, with 0-62mph coming up in 4.7 seconds (down 0.1 on the coupe) and top speed hitting 187mph (188mph for the coupe).

Hyundai’s new test centre at the Nurburgring If anyone had said, just a few years ago, that Hyundai would develop a test centre at the Nurburgring to help shake-down their cars, they’d have been laughed at. But Hyundai – and Kia – have come so far in recent years that it makes absolute sense for them to develop a full-time testing facility at the Nurburgring to test their cars for the road, along with just about every other car maker of note. James May may object to the Nurburgring factor in the suspension set-ups of many road cars (and we do have some sympathy for his point of view), but the sometimes extreme nature of the Nurburgring’s surfaces – and its endless twists and turns, uphill and down – do offer car makers an easily accessible place to test cars in the (almost) real world.
