Terms of Sale
Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements had been made. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. We want to be reasonable with our customers and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, we have no problems accommodating special circumstances.
By entering a bid, you are entering into a legal binding contract to purchasing the item described in the listing. Please do not bid if you are unable to comply with the terms of the sale and eBay policies, or are unsure/unable to pay, or have no intention to purchase the item.
Big Sky Golf Cars ships within the 4 business days (usually less than 2 business days) after receipt of the payment (except for a pre-order in which case the buyer will be notified by e-mail as to the estimated date of shipping). Each item is packed carefully to make sure it arrives in excellent condition and we will notify you with a emailed tracking number. We will notify you within 1-2 business days if a product is back ordered or out of stock. Upon notification you may decide to cancel the transaction for a full refund or be discounted on your purchase up to 10% of the total cost.
We value our relationship with customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased, you can return the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
Any product may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center toll-free at 888-444-4170. Be sure to have your order number / receipt number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user's manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipt with the returned product.
All returns require the original sales receipt.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations. They must be shipped to our Distribution Center at their address (Please contact us for where return must be shipped). We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so you can track the shipment. Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.
A restocking fee of 10% may be charged for products returned that have been damaged by improper packing, or which do not include all components (manuals, accessories, original packaging, etc.). Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product.
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling from 9 AM to 6 PM (Mountain Standard Time), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Changes to or cancellations of orders must be requested within 24 hours after your order is submitted. If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel or change the order after it has already shipped, YOU MUST STILL ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for all shipping fees, brokerage charges and duty payable on the original order and on any products returned to us from the original order.
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.
Most new products carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. To make a warranty claim after the first 30 days from purchase, call 888-444-4170. All electrical components are not warranted after package has been opened.
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold "AS IS" - no refunds, no returns on these items.
We cannot accept returns on electronic components.
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
