Payment is required within two business days.
We only accept Paypal - If you are picking up in the store you can pay with other form of payment.
Buyers that do not submit payment for items purchased will be reported to eBay.
We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Please allow for shipping delays over those two days.
International Buyers -
We will not mark items sold as gifts or mark down the price.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
SHIPPING - please use the shipping calculator in the shipping tab of this listing to get a shipping estimate for instant gratification.
We do everything possible to keep shipping costs down so we default to the less expensive option always, but we will expedite shipping using USPS, UPS or FedEx at the buyers request.
Continental US
We ship many items USPS Parcel Post or USPS Flat Rate Boxes because it is less expensive and typically arrive within a week.
UPS- For large/heavy items we ship UPS Ground.
International Buyers -
Canada, U.K. and Australia and all International cities - We ship using USPS and UPS for international destinations. Again, we select the less expensive option but we can expedite shipping at the buyer's request.
Free Shipping in our listing does not apply to international destinations. Please see the shipping calculator in the shipping tab for an estimate of what shipping will cost.
RETURNS
We have a no return policy for the security of our products and buyers. We can't take the risk of someone buying a product, attempting to install it and botching the part up and then exchanging it with a problem unbeknownst to us. We stand by the products we sell.
In extenuating circumstances - if we make any mistake in shipping or you feel we have mis-represented a product we will absolutely work with you to make it right up to and including paying for return shipping in order to exchange an item or for store credit. Returns will be honored at the discretion of the seller for exchange/ store credit only.
Disputes
Once in a while an item gets delayed while in the shippers hands. Please
allow 30 days before filing any disputes, either with eBay, the seller
or the shipper. When items are either misplaced or not tracked properly
by the shipper, both the buyer and the seller are at the mercy of the
shipper. This happens so rarely in our experience, but in any case we’ve
found that a majority of the time everything shows up at the proper location.

General Description of Our Operations:
We are a full service, multi-line dealer that sells new and used
motorcycles and ATVs. We also purchase motorcycles/ ATVs that have been
salvaged and we part-out the parts individually on eBay. We carefully
select each motorcycle/ ATV based on the parts we intend to sell
individually. We only sell parts that are in working order and that we
know have value based on their functionality. We will not attempt to
sell broken parts, or misrepresent anything we sell. All motorcycles are
legally bought either at salvage auction or trade-in as a due course of
business in being a full-service dealer.

The Buyer holds our company, its agents and affiliates harmless from any
liability arising out of or relating to the use or ownership of any
product bought from The Seller. The Buyer accepts full responsibility
and releases The Seller from any and all personal injuries, fatalities,
losses, costs or damage incurred from the use of items purchased by The
Seller. Once The Buyer submits payment this will serve as a full
acceptence of the terms stated above. By placing a bid you acknowledge
