Woodys EYV3-6300 Extender Trail III Flat-Top Carbide Runners

STANDARD WEAR BARS
Woody’s is proud to announce a new line of 7/16" standard wear bars for a wide variety of sleds.

TOP-STOCK™ SERIES
Top-Stock™ is an economical hardweld runner designed for extreme service or utility applications. The 1/2” host bar with hardweld increases the depth of the runner for added controllability. Recommended for deep snow or snowmobiles with 48 or fewer studs installed.

4" EXTENDER TRAIL III™ SERIES
This 7/16“ diameter is a popular runner for trail riding.  Woody’s offers the Extender Trail III™ line to replace the manufacturer’s stock runners.  The 4” of 60° turning carbide will give more positive cornering control.  Our guideline for consideration of these runners would be for sleds with up to 96 studs installed in the track

6" TRAIL BLAZER IV™ SERIES
This ½” diameter runner is designed for trail riders looking for performance in cornering, power and control. The turning carbide is 6” long with a 60° edge. The 1½” front and rear carbide wear pads prevent premature runner wear. It is essential that the track be studded when using this runner.

8" EXECUTIVE™ SERIES
A beefy ½“ diameter runner with lots of turning carbide for many forms of competition and experiended riders.  Performance trail riders are known to use this runner.  The 8” of 60° edged carbide translates into extreme turning power.  A 1-½” carbide wear pad helps prevent premature runner wear

ACE™ RUNNER

Woody's ACE™ single runner line utilizes a 3/8" x 1/2" preformed steel square bar. The ACE has a taller profile and is more aggressive, providing excellent control on rider forward sleds. Available in 8" carbide for trail users in our most popular number series.

YOU might be more familiar with its cars and motorcycles, but did you know that Honda also made planes? If boat engines and quad bikes weren’t enough to keep the Japanese firm occupied, it recently embarked on a project to manufacture high-end business jets. With a base in America and more than a decade of research under its belt plus a small fleet of development aircraft, the company has announced that its first customer specification model is almost ready to fly.

Toyota Prius Generation “X” Revealed UPDATE: ‘Prius 10th Anniversary’

Tue, 26 Oct 2010

The Toyota Prius Generation X - available in Black or White Update: We had an email from Toyota this morning asking us to correct this article. Apparently, despite titling the press release they sent us ‘Toyota Prius Generation “X”‘, it seems that’s not what this limited edition Prius is called. It is in fact the ‘Prius 10th Anniversary’, a catchy little moniker that at least does what it says on the tin.

Peugeot 308 CC (2008): first photos

Fri, 11 Jul 2008

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 11 July 2008 09:26 Peugeot – the pioneer of folding hard tops – today unveils the new 308 CC. It's not a radical coupe cabriolet, but it's a gentle evolution of the 307 CC blueprint: a four-seater family hatch turned convertible. The French company invented the first production opening metal roof back in the 1930s, after a few coachbuilders toyed with low-volume concepts, and then brought them to the mainstream with the 206 CC in 2001. The new 308 CC follows the same formula with a metal roof that somersaults into its loadbed in 20 seconds to leave a completely flat (if long) rear deck.Gobbling boot space as it goes?Naturally, the  boot shrinks when the roof is lowered, dipping from 465 litres to 266 when it's stowed.
