This model fits the BMW R1100S. P/N: WR11S Here's how it works: Turning the knurled center ring on the Wrist Rest pushes the phenolic slip ring against the end of the throttle tube. Adjust it to where there's enough friction to keep the throttle in place... and relax! It's easy to use. You can accelerate, modulate, back off, or close the throttle just as you normally would - without having to reset the Wrist Rest each time. Installation takes only minutes. Complete instructions are provided, and with most applications, there's little or nothing else to modify. The Wrist Rest is made of Stainless Steel for great looks and lifetime durability. Optional Symmetry: If your bike came with black factory bar-end weights, and you want the sleek look of Stainless Steel on the left end of your handlebar as well, a matching left-side dummy weight is available separately. Honda Civic saloon, coupe at the 2011 Detroit show
Mon, 10 Jan 2011Honda showed off two new Civics at the NAIAS 2011: the Civic Si Concept Coupe and the Civic Concept Saloon. They're sadly US-market only, rather than related to the European spec models, themselves up for replacement at the end of 2011. Although 'concepts', these two effectively show what will roll into US showrooms in spring 2011. The blurb is pretty strict on the difference between the American and Euro Civics: 'The Civic Si coupe and saloon Concepts are US-only design and will not be sold in the UK.
