So we thought it worth at least giving a nod to the rumour that Bentley are planning a pair of entry-level models to slot in below the Continental – in the £70k bracket. Thu, 25 Sep 2014The Ferrari 458 Special A – revealed ahead of its Paris debut The Ferrari 458 Speciale A (the ‘A’ stands for Aperta – Italian for open) has been revealed this afternoon – ahead of its Paris Motor Show debut next week – as the most powerful open-top Ferrari ever, promising 0-62mph in just 3.0 seconds. Just 499 will be built. And if you want to invest money in a new Ferrari, the 458 Speciale A will be a good shout; with just 499 being built (just like LaFerrari) it’s almost certain these rare 458s will appreciate in the coming years – just like the 599 Aperta has (although there were even fewer of those).
Raikkonen win for Ferrari in Belgian Grand Prix
Sun, 30 Aug 2009Kimmi Raikkonen wind for Ferrari at Spa-Francorchamps But the big winner of the day was Force India, with Giancarlo Fisichella taking his car to an astonishing second place. And there was no luck in the position either, both Fisichella and the Force India were strong enough to have won with a little more luck. Starting from pole, Fisichella was blitzed down the long straight by Raikkonen’s KERS, but managed to hustle the tail of the Ferrari to the end, finishing just 0.9 seconds adrift at the end.
