Gordon Murray Design T27 crash tested

The original Smart car probably did more than its fair share to persuade us that small cars needn't necessarily be unsafe. But now Gordon Murray is on the same mission: to persuade us that his titchy T27 city car is as safe as houses too. Gordon Murray Design has just issued its first crash test results, showing a T27 electric car after a crash test at the UK's MIRA industry research lab.  The crash test in question was the European-standard 40% offset deformable barrier front high-speed impact.

For 13 years in the 1950s and ‘60s, the Bahamas were the place where professional drivers from around the world came to relax, race and party together. Originally intended to draw tourism to the island of New Providence, the Nassau Speed Week became a highly enjoyed week for all those in attendance.

Kia are to reveal the Kia Venga - a mini MPV - at the Frankfurt Motor Show But now Kia has turned the No. 3 Concept in to a reality, and are launching the Kia Venga to the Frankfurt Motor Show next month (maybe they can get the Dutch dance band the Vengaboys to do the promo – boom, boom, boom?!).
