Here we have a very good and clean condition YAMAHA Original Equipment (OEM) Frame or Chassis with the motor/engine mount bolts included, that was all removed from a 2002 Yamaha TTR90. As shown in the pictures there is one spot where someone had apparently attempted to weld on the foot peg mounts. What remains of this welding may need to be removed prior to installing another foot peg mount assembly, but this imperfection does not hinder the usefulness of this frame. Cosmetically there are some scuffs and scratches on this part. There is however no serious damage to this part...No cracks, breaks, bends or repairs. This part is ready to install and go ride!

Payment

Ride It 30 Return Policy
Of course we hope we have provided you with what you expected...an overall positive buying experience...and a return will not be necessary. But in the rare event it becomes necessary, we wish to extend the following return policy details.
If you have any questions at all about the condition or fitment of a part, please ask us BEFORE making a purchase. Unless otherwise specified, we accept returns under 2 conditions:
1) Our mistake: If we ship the wrong part, or the part has significant pre-existing damage that was not disclosed in the listing or pictures (please review BOTH carefully to be sure). In this case, we will offer an exchange or 100% refund including shipping costs for shipping to you from Xylo's Parts Etc! as well as the insured return shipping back to Xylo's Parts Etc! A copy of the return shipping receipt will be required from the buyer (to be included with the return shipment) in order to receive a reimbursement for the return shipping cost.
2) Your mistake: You mistakenly ordered the wrong part (but it was listed accurately) or simply changed your mind and want to return it. In this case, we will offer an exchange or refund. You are responsible return shipping costs, including return shipping insurance. The original shipping (to you) will not be refunded, only the price of the item.
ALL RETURNS: In both cases 1) or 2) above you must notify us of the return within 30 days of receiving your item that you have an issue. In all fairness, if you know there is a problem or issue before this, please contact us sooner. There is no need to prolong the inevitable. If more than 30 days have passed, the sale is considered final and returns will not be accepted. If a return is determined to be our only solution, the item being returned must be in the return process on or before 30 days from receiving the item. With the exception of the item being the wrong item sent by us, (see #1 above) the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must include shipping insurance. After we have received the item back in its original, undamaged, unmodified condition we will process the refund or exchange.
FREE Shipping Returns: First of all the terminology of FREE Shipping that is used in an eBay listing is more clearly defined as “Included Shipping”. The shipping fee for any item sold is not received by the seller of the item, it is paid to shipping company to provide the service of delivering a purchased item to the eventual buyer…Which of course is a mutual benefit.
If an item to be returned from a buyer is being returned due to an error or decision change from the buyer and the item(s) was/were purchased with the shipping shown as FREE or included with the purchase, our policy is as follows:
1) All of the previously mentioned return policy parameters apply.
2) The seller must be notified that a return is requested from the buyer within 7 days after receipt of the item. An emailed/written noticed must be delivered to the seller referencing that the item being returned was return shipped. This return shipping must be verified via a valid tracking number within 14 business days of receipt of the item. Barring a delay in shipping that is due to an issue with a shipper, the item being returned must be received by the seller within 30 days.
3) Any refund or exchange will not occur until the item being return is received and reviewed by the seller. This process usually happens within 1 business day, but can take up to 7 business days on occasion.
4) The cost of the return shipping back to the seller is the responsibility of the buyer.
5) Shipping insurance in the amount of the price of the item being returned is required for the package being returned to the seller.
6) The actual cost of the initial shipping to ship the item to the buyer (which was paid by the seller), will be deducted from the price the buyer paid for the total transaction.
We reserve the right to not offer this return policy in any of our listings. In which case, it will be noted as "This Item Is Being Sold AS-IS, No Returns Will Be Authorized Or Accepted" within the respective listing description.
Returns on electrical parts will not be authorized and will be stated in the listing as previously described.

It holds the unofficial record for fastest series-produced road car and the official record for standing-start acceleration. The Venom GT hit 186 mph in 13.63 seconds.

A FIREWORKS CONTRACTOR in charge of a display held on the night of a massive motorway crash in which seven people died and 51 were injured has been cleared of breaching health and safety laws. A judge directed a jury at Bristol Crown Court to find Geoffrey Counsell, 51, not guilty of a single charge of failing to ensure the safety of others contrary to the Health and Safety at Work Act. The charge alleged that Mr Counsell, of Ashill in Somerset, failed to ensure he operated the firework display so as to ensure, as far as was reasonably practicable, that others who might be affected were not exposed to risks to their health and safety.
