Available as Saloon, Estate or Coupe, the C 63 AMG Edition 507 will cost from £66,960 (for the saloon) and £68,160 (for the estate and coupe), or at least it will until you start to bother the options list. But for the base price you do get a fair bit already, with the AMG Drivers Pack as standard – which gives you extra horses (500bhp) and a higher top speed (174mph) and a free day out at an AMG BASIC Training Power and Passion Event so you can learn to drive your new C63 properly. Smart has announced the For-US concept, which will debut at the 2012 NAIAS. The For-US is a two seat 'urban pick-up' that adopts a 'tongue-in-cheek' demeanor and is aimed at youth and the young-at-heart. Ford engine plant builds number 10 million

Ford's 90-degree, overhead-cam Modular V8 has covered a wide spectrum since it was introduced in 1991--powering luxury cars, SUVs, pickups and high-performance sports cars. A large number of those engines have come from a Ford plant in Romeo, Mich., which has now built its 10-millionth engine--a 4.6-liter V8 that is headed for a 2010 Mustang GT. The Romeo engine plant was converted from a tractor factory.
