Carburetors and linkages are totally disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, passages are blown clear with high pressure air, pistons and bores are polished and mounts trued. New fuel inlet needle valves, throttle shaft seals, gaskets, diaphragms and o-rings installed. Metering needle seals replaced where applicable. Bypass valves rebuilt with new diaphragm packs.  Temperature compensators are cleaned and adjusted. Manual cross chokes are disassembled, cleaned and adjusted. Includes new intake manifold and air cleaner gaskets. Of course broken or missing items are not included in service ... email me if you have broken or missing parts and I'll see what we can find. I have a supply of used parts and many are still available new from Zenith Stromberg.

Turn around time is approx 4 weeks after I receive them

Daihatsu to debut three Kopen concepts in Tokyo

Three new Daihatsu Kopen concepts have been revealed ahead of their unveiling at next month's Tokyo motor show. The blue and orange concepts are the RMZ model – although they feature slight differences – while the green car is the XMZ model. The concepts measure in at 3,395mm long, 1,475mm wide and 1,275mm tall and, like the recently discontinued Copen, fit into the Japanese ‘Kei' light car category.
