6" Suspension Lift Kit

2005-2007 Ford F250/F350 Superduty Gas/Diesel

RADIUS ARM REPLACEMENT LIFT

PLEASE DESIGNATE IF GAS OR DIESEL ENGINE

6" Radius Arm Suspension Lift

Lift your Super Duty with Zone Offroad's 6" radius arm suspension lift for an attention grabbing, smooth riding, complete, and affordable system. For less than the cost of some radius arm drop kits on the market, you can buy this system with bullet proof radius arms that provide more ground clearance, better looks, and a big strength improvement over the stockers. American made, gas & diesel specific coil springs will not sag to provide you the lift to clear 37's and a ride you might not expect from a system this price competitive.

This system includes everything you need and more, including a dropped pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, but for a complete list check out the features tab. To avoid stacking rear blocks or going too tall with a single block, Zone includes a 5" cast iron block with an integrated bump stop as well as dual add-a-leafs. This block & AAL system will reduce spring wrap, will level the truck, and is also designed to shift the axle forward to ensure the tire stays centered in the rear wheel well.

For a top shelf 6" lift without the top shelf price, buy from Zone Offroad with an elevated level of customer service to back it up.

Features:

  • 1/4" boxed radius arms with oversize greasable bushings
  • Diesel or gas specific coil springs for an accurate lift height and proper ride quality
  • Increased ground clearance and better looks than a radius arm drop system
  • Track bar bracket and dropped pitman arm included to correct steering geometry
  • Sway bar drop brackets to maintain the OE sway bar angle
  • Front bump stop spacers
  • Front and rear brake line relocation brackets
  • Steering stabilizer relocation bracket
  • 5" rear block with integrated bump stop
  • Single rear add-a-leaf
  • Designed to level the truck with removal of the factory block.

Notes:

  • Removal of the factory rear block is required. Net rear height gain will vary based on size of the factory block, but will result in a level stance.
  • If equipped with a 2-piece rear drive shaft, then a drivshaft alignment kit may be required. It is available in the optional accessories (part # F5401).
  • Although extremely rare, front drive line vibration may occur.
  • Rear box kit not designed for dually models.
  • Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft on gas models.
  • Quick Specs:

  • Installation skill level: 3 of 5
  • Estimated install time: 6 hrs
  • Max tire size: 37 x 12.50
  • Wheel size: 17 & up
  • Back spacing: 4.5"

Satin Vapor editions debut at Chicago Auto Show

    Thu, 06 Feb 2014

Chrysler is looking to add more swagger to its Street and Racing Technology lineup, according to SRT CEO Ralph Giles. The new brand-exclusive finishes will be available on the new 300 SRT, Challenger SRT and the Charger SRT. Let's just say that the folks over at SRT are getting wild with satin paint as of late, and we like it.

    First Sight: Mercedes-AMG GT

    Wed, 10 Sep 2014

“If I was to buy any sports car that wasn't a Mercedes, it'd be a Porsche 911,” says Mercedes' head of design, Gorden Wagener. “But when you see the two cars together, we think ours has the edge.” He's talking about the new Mercedes-AMG GT, a front-mid engined, two-seater sports car that's unashamedly aimed at higher-end 911s, and we've come to see it at Mercedes' Sindelfingen studio.  The GT replaces the larger SLS, and is seen by Wagener as the best example yet of his 'sensual purity' design philosophy: “The SLS is very much [he gestures] line, line with a surface in between. With the GT we started with the surface and worked to refine and reduce the number of lines.” Elements of the SLS's platform have been carried over, so the GT measures the same 1,939mm wide.

    Chrysler in crisis

    Fri, 02 Mar 2007

By Liz Turner, in the US Motor Industry 02 March 2007 04:28 The trouble with Chrysler: the background In 1996 when Chrysler opened its $1.1bn headquarters in Auburn Hills, 30 miles north of Detroit, executives joked that if things didn’t work out, they could always sell it as a shopping mall. Following DaimlerChrysler’s annual press conference on 14 February, local realtors are, no doubt, sneaking in to take measurements. Chrysler Group announced a staggering operating loss of $1.5 billion for 2006, and in the subsequent question time, DaimlerChrysler’s CEO Dieter Zetsche said the company ‘will examine far-reaching strategic options with partners’.
