Purchases are insured against lost, and a registered number is provided which can be used to track the package’s progress on usps.com. It is not cheap, so I would combine purchases with friends and split the cost. Charges for this service are; $13.00 charge for using registered mail (tracking & insurance), a $2.00 charge for the first item for a total of $15.00, then $1.50 for each additional item. I must hand deliver these items to the post office and then stand in line to fill out forms and pay for the postage. I will do this once a week for international orders, the day may vary depending on my schedule. 5. SHIPPING TIME: I usually ship within 3 to 4 business days of payment. We think Gordon – creator of the McLaren F1 – is on exactly the right track for City Cars – either the T.25 or it’s electric sibling the T.27 – looking to create cheap to manufacture, small, light and very strong cars powered by either a small, 3-pot engine or by an electric motor. And today we get more detail – and photos – of the T.25, the ICE version.
Infiniti Etherea to become B-Class based Infiniti DX
Thu, 15 Sep 2011Infiniti Etherea will become the B-Class based Infiniti DX in 2014 To be entirely fair, the news that Infiniti is going to be build a compact crossover on the new Mercedes B-Class MFA architecture – and that it is the Etherea Concept forming the basis and likely to be called the Infiniti DX – isn’t a huge surprise. We knew last year when Nissan and Mercedes announced a partnership deal that it would impact on Infiniti as well as Nissan. And the first fruits of that have been confirmed by Carl Ghosn, with the news Infiniti will launch a compact crossover in 2014 using the Mercedes MFA platform which underpins the new B-Class.
Audi R8 e-tron – cruising in California video
Fri, 12 Mar 2010We have video of the Audi R8 e-tron cruising the Pacific Coast Highway Audi first revealed its electric car project at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September last year with the R8 e-tron, an electric car based on the R8 and featuring four electric motors creating a quattro EV. Audi then went on to reveal their second e-tron at the Detroit Motor Show – the Audi R4 e-tron – which seems to preview a new R4 model from Audi and finally the latest – and most convincing e-tron – the Audi A1 e-tron at the Geneva Motor Show last week. But so far we’ve not seen any of the e-trons on the move.
