1980 Evinrude 9.9hp outboard motor hood, from model year E10RCSE. Color scheme, white/light blue/red, should match years 1979 thru mid eighties light blue colored motors. Came off a blown motor. Scratches and nicks in paint job, front emblem from emblem frame missing (see pics). Front and rear hood clasps in working order and fine. Rubber seal surround on bottom edge in great condition, no breaks or tears in it. A "10" structurally, maybe a 5 cosmetically because of the scratches.
