Selling this 1995 BMW 5 series Sedan with the "Olympic Games Edition" option. It has had a collision in the left front that is not that severe. The hood is OK. Mainly a fender & light.... It still runs & drives & shifts and handles fine. However, it has a leak in the engine oil pan at the drain plug that is causing a drip. For this reason, I do not recommend driving it home. It holds the water fine, and the oil drip isn't that bad. You can start & test it, etc. For these reasons I'm selling this at a way reduced price and as is, where is. It has a clear, clean Texas title ready for transfer. It has nice rims and tires as pictured, as well. The look is so-called because it was led by Audi's range of Allroad products, which raise the ride height, add lower body cladding and subtly change detailing of the mainstream estate car products. Volvo's XC and Skoda's Scout models do similar things, but until now, we've not seen this aesthetic approach applied to the smallest segment of cars.
BMW at the Geneva Motor Show: BMW 5 Series Hybrid Revealed
Fri, 26 Feb 2010The BMW 5 Series Hybrid As we reported in December, with a couple of days to go to the Geneva Motor Show BMW have revealed that the new BMW 5 Series (2010) will have a Hybrid added to its ranks. Actually, they haven’t said that – the 5 Series Hybrid Concept they’re taking to Geneva is labelled a Concept – but we all know it’s what they mean. The 5 Series Hybrid will join the X6 Hybrid and the 7 Series Hybrid when it goes on sale, probably in 2011.
BMW 4 Series Coupe makes UK debut at PGA Championship
Mon, 27 May 2013We had our first look at the car that will replace the old 3-Series Coupe ahead of its debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show when the BMW 4 Series Coupe Concept arrived, looking like a winner even before it goes in to production. Even when you take away some of the fripperies of a concept, you’re still left with an impressive 4 series Coupe that’s longer and lower than the old 3 Series – and a lot better looking. In fact, the 4 Series looks a lot like a smaller 6 Series and is also likely to spawn a ‘Gran Coupe’ version at some point – just like the 6 Series – which could do very interesting things to sales of the regular 3 series saloon.
