Shipping and handling

+ All items shipped from Thailand, where is locate in“South east Asia”, by Non-Registered airmail within 1-2 business days after your cleared payment.

+ All items are checked and packed carefully to prevent damage during shipping.+ Shipping and handling already included postage cost, package and etc. But please don't  worry, we don't over charging you. 

Estimate delivery time.

This is the shipping time by estimating. Sometimes it is not always like this. Because we really can't control process during shipping by post office.So, if you can't wait , please choose the "Expedited shipping". We can ship your order by Fedex Express, which takes only 3-5 days to most destination in the world.

*10-28 days to USA and Canada. ( maybe slow because of remote area)

* 7-19 days to European countries.

*15-30 days (up to 45 days) to France, Italy, Spain, and Eastern Europe countries.

* 7-17 days to Asian countries New Zealand and Australia.

* 20-40 days to Middle East countries, South Africa, Chile , Mexico and other countries that not mentioned above.

However, the shipping time maybe longer because of delayed flight from bad weather condition , long  holidays , postal strike and customs inspection process.

Import Tax

To help you to avoid import tax, we always declare as ”gift” and low price on every customs document. However,  we can not be responsible ,charged  tax or customs charge .

Returns & Claims

+ Please contact us immediately within 7 days upon receipt when you are not satisfied with the quality of the items. All returns must be “unused and in original condition ".  

+ Shipping  & Handling costs are non-refundable.

+ Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost if buyers made a mistake. However, if we made mistake, we send a new one to replace for free of charge.

+ We accept return if the item is not as same as the description or the item is damaged during shipping. Just send the photo to us , we will check and get back to you as soon as we can.

+ In case of no recipient  or wrong address, the items may return to us. We are ready to re-send the items. However,  buyers need to pay for the re-shipping.
