- For Auction is a front bumper with upper/lower and outer all intact pulled from a 95 Xplorer 400cc 2 stroke,this should fit all years of Xplorer 400 but there is many models might fit, some likely possibility's are Xpress,Sportsman 400,Scrambler 400 and Sport 400/400L I seen a few other listing bumpers as 335/400/500. Im sure there is more,please let me know the make and year you have and I can compare part numbers to this if needed.
- CONDITION/FUNCTIONALITY: This is the upper and lower bumper and upper top for rack also. Also includes the 2 lower side guards and screen as seen. The condition is as seen,is a little dirt and has some scratches here and there. The lower bumper and grill is straight with just some scratches in paint that are shown in pictures. The upper bumper is not cracked or chipped but is a little faded I think(kind of grey colored). The only thing I see broken is the rear inside screen mounts/I tried to show it in last picture on bottom right but is little out of focus on picture. The only eye soar I see is the upper rear rack mount portion is surface rusted as shown. The lower bumper goes for $40 and the upper is $60 in this condition and the upper rear rack area is $30 so Id want $130 if I sold individual pieces and shipping would be more but instead I decided to offer it at $119 as a complete set. UPDATE- All seen is included but If I can unbolt anything to fit in smaller box I will,so is a chance will need bolted back up once shipped.

Experts said Bradford and Birmingham were the most likely places for innocent drivers to be caught up in "Crash for Cash" scams but Bolton, Manchester, London, Liverpool and Halifax are also hotspots, and staged accidents can happen anywhere and any time. The Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) and Crimestoppers appealed for information on those making bogus claims, in a crime that collectively costs policyholders more than £390 million every year.
Spyker makes a new offer for Saab; General Motors will evaluate

Spyker CEO Victor Muller said an 11-point proposal had been handed to General Motors addressing each of the issues that arose during due diligence after the Dutch company originally bid for Saab. Muller said the new offer would remove the obstacles that were standing in the way of a swift sale of Saab to Spyker.
